Group reformer classes
We hold weekly small group reformer classes - three people max. Our group classes are purposefully kept small to keep the focus on you and your individual needs, which allows us to modify for all injuries and special populations.
TUESDAYS at 12pm - ALL LEVELS REFORMER w/molly
FRIDAYS at 7am - ROLL AND RELEASE fascial rolling class w/ Jenna. This class is open to both virtual and in-person students. If you would like to join via zoom, you will need to provide your own rolling equipment. Please email us and we will send you links to purchase the balls.
FRIDAYS at 8am - ALL LEVELS REFORMER w/Jenna
Please reserve your spot 24 hours ahead of time as space is very limited. All classes are 55 minutes and all levels, no prior Pilates experience needed - we will guide you through every step of the way!
