Arc Pilates and Movement specializes in one-on-one/duet Pilates and Ballet lessons, for a more personalized approach. Our other services include small online group classes and a monthly unlimited video subscription service. We will be opening a brick and mortar location next Month, stay tuned for updates!
On-demand video service
We offer classes anywhere from 13 minutes to 60 minutes. 25 dollars a month will grant you unlimited access to our library of home workouts, including specialized series such as; Pilates for beginners, Pilates matwork (with and without props), bodyweight training, fascial ball rolling, back care, stretch and mobility and much more. New classes are added each week, and we take requests!
Our weekly online group classes
Bodyweight training - Mondays at 4pm mst
Roll and Release - Fridays at 4pm mst
Bodyweight training - This class is focused on utilizing body weight to create a full body, high intensity (but safe on the joints) workout. No props needed and no prior Pilates experience needed!
Roll and Release - This body rolling method will help you release tension, in the mind and body. Some of the benefits of fascial release include - increased joint mobility, better posture and stress relief! Before joining this class, click the links below to purchase the required small fascial rolling balls. No prior Pilates experience needed!
