Molly

Pilates Instructor

Molly's journey in Pilates began over 15 years ago while training to become a professional ballet dancer. She has always had a passion for teaching, and has participated in programs that teach ballet to children with physical and mental disabilities, in addition to teaching dancers of all levels and backgrounds. Molly noticed how much Pilates helped her in ballet, from injury prevention to technique, and went on to become an NCPT (formerly PMA) Pilates Instructor in 2017.

She has taken continuing ed courses that specialize in anatomy and dissection and the pelvic floor. She has a passion for movement analysis and injury recovery. Molly has worked with professional athletes and post-surgery clients, in addition to clients everywhere in-between in their Pilates practice. In addition to dancing professionally with Milwaukee Ballet, Colorado Ballet, Ballet Tuscon, and currently with Madison Ballet, Ms. Groeschl graduated Magna Cum Laude with a B.F.A. in Ballet Performance and Nutrition Minor from the University of Utah. She has had the privilege to work with Pilates instructors who value Joeseph Pilates' originality in cities such as Seattle, Denver, and Pittsburgh to name a few.
