Owner, Arc Pilates and Movement
Jenna is a fully Certified STOTT Pilates Instructor, with additional training in injury and special populations. She specializes in Athletic Conditioning, Pre/Post natal, HALO training, ZENGA Mat, and Scoliosis management and holds a 200 hour Power Vinyasa certification.
Jenna was a professional ballet dancer from 2010-2018. She danced as a company member with Pacific Northwest Ballet, Oregon Ballet Theater, and retired dancing with The Suzanne Farrell Ballet on the Kennedy Center Stage in Washington D.C. Pilates has played a pivotal role in Jenna's life for over 17 years. During her years as a professional athlete, Jenna primarily used Pilates for injury prevention and recovery, as well as conditioning. She continues to practice on a daily basis to manage lingering injuries and to help maintain her overall strength, balance and flexibility.
