Molly's journey in Pilates began over 15 years ago while training to become a professional ballet dancer. She has always had a passion for teaching, and has participated in programs that teach ballet to children with physical and mental disabilities, in addition to teaching dancers of all levels and backgrounds. Jenny

Jenny was first introduced to Pilates in 2016 by her Mom back at home in Indonesia, and was instantly hooked. She suffered from scoliosis and saw how Pilates helped her. Jenny is PMA certified and received her Pilates teacher training from The Pilates Center in Boulder in 2018. During her training, she studied with a number of 2nd generation teachers trained by students of Joseph Pilates, and other wonderful experienced teachers. During her own pregnancy in 2019, Jenny learned prenatal Pilates from her mentor, and enjoys helping other women reap the numerous benefits that prenatal training has to offer!

"Pilates has not only helped me stay healthy, it has helped me during childbirth and the recovery after childbirth. I truly believe that Pilates is an exercise for every person at every stage of their lives."
